Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Please note that our products are made-to-order so it is not easy to simply return them to get an exchange, as they are not mass produced or warehoused. We will make an effort to reproduce the items for you as the situation dictates.
Custom and personalized orders are ineligible for returns or exchanges. Any item that made contact with private parts are also ineligible for returns or exchanges, including swimwear and sports bras.
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please submit your return request through our contact portal or email us at support@totallybri.com. If your return is approved, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail it to the following address:

Please note, that any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund if that option is chosen. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We may notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
For defective or damaged products, please contact your shipping carriers first for more details, before contacting us. You may submit an exchange request through our contact portal or contact us at support@totallybri.com with a photo of the damaged item to arrange a replacement. For an exchange, first return your product. Damaged or defective items may be refunded in the form of store credit through an eGift card.
For errors in your order made on our side, please contact us immediately for a replacement if necessary.
Please Note
Return must be made within 14 days of your request approval in order to get full credit, exchange, or refund.
